This Privacy Policy describes how Ethnam and its affiliates (collectively
“Ethnam , we, our, us”) collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process

certain sections of the Platform without registering with us. We do not offer any
product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will

we aim to provide efficient delivery services to our customers. For orders placed within India
Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders. Charges of Rs. 100 apply for COD orders.

Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy – We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 day after receiving your item to
request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the damaged condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bulk orders.
Exchanges – If approved, Exchange of products will be processed and exchange products will be delivered by 2 days from the time/date after approval.
RELACEMENT – If approved, Replacement of products will be processed and replaced products will be delivered by 2 days from the time/date after approval.
Refund Policy – We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
